We ask our teachers to give 25 points per student per day. Want a quick way to track this.

In Mixpanel, are rewards transactions filterable by name? I know categories can be and am wondering if I’m missing something. Yes, this would be extremely helpful as I look into how are partners are using rewards and might be insightful for Marketing as well.

total_point_value_submitted in Points Recorded is how many total points are rewarded in the transaction But it’s not multiplied out by the students in that point transaction. I’ve also been looking for ways to do that. Another thing to note is that if it worked it would sum all values or total point value submitted so it doesn’t account for reversed or undone transactions, so even if we could get the sum it wouldn’t necessarily show the accurate numbers from each teacher/school. Additionally total point value submitted does not account for if negatives subtract or not

But that would be a family engagement piece to see how many families are actually. There's a report in LiveSchool right now that we can see. It's on that one spreadsheet and then it shows parents that have logged in. We do have that access now. Along that line of thought, I was even thinking we've defined that fidelity criteria, 50% access for students that have received points, but another way and another thing to teams track is how many students are participating in their events. And typically the events are listed as a reward in their dashboard. So if there would be a graph to show how many students are in the whatever reward this month or how many students purchased, blah blah blah. It sounds like what would be really helpful for you is another section that has the number of students who have logged in to view their own points? So it is 90% of staff are supposed to be using an acknowledgement system and at least 50% of the students are also having access to that. So that's what we're actively monitoring on a monthly basis to have a pulse on the use of this school wide acknowledgment system, which means that it's an expectation from the district that would be used as the primary mechanism for acknowledging students demonstration of appropriate behavior. https://hello.chorus.ai/listen?guid=b792a4b2cad24c14861131706619748b

To connect those data pieces so that they understand it's not just like some willing nilly thing. This is actually how the system can work for you addressing any areas of concern, right? Or areas of improvement. So, I think for me the other piece of that. I mean, it already gives you kind of like the top behaviors by the school. That would require them to be consistently labeled across all schools. And they're not I mean, the rubric would have to be the same rubric across schools. The leaders that are owning this one of the things that we've been trying to get established is kind of like your exchange rate and how your price pointing your behaviors as well as the and then appropriately putting values with that on rewards, right? That some rewards will be things that they could easily obtain weekly. And some rewards how many points would big rewards need to be like they get to go to a movie party at the end of the month, right? So how many points would a caller need in order to do that in a correct valued way? And that's what we're trying to figure out and get that kind of consistent. And for me it's also knowing like, there's points per month, but I think we're also trying to see I'm trying to figure out how we look at. So for instance, what I've been pulling is that same report that shows me when scholars have logged in from the settings. That were part of the LiveSchool here. I can also see the average balance. One of those is scholar logins. So what is the frequency of scholars going? So, being able to see how many same is the usage for teachers. We want to see that same usage with students. Currently collecting that just through downloading the spreadsheet through LiveSchool. So I go into the settings and pull it that way.
